Process

How we work.

Five steps. Nobody leaves the factory and you approve each stage in writing.

The five steps

  1. 1
    25-minute meeting

We show our demo film and how your machine would look.

  2. 2
    Script and sketch

We write the script and animate a sketch of the film.

  3. 3
    Production

We make the film in one week.

  4. 4
    Final film

We show the film with a watermark.

  5. 5
    Delivery

The film and its vertical version, in the languages you chose.

What we do not do

Questions

Is it filmed?

No. Your machine is built in 3D from your drawings or photos, to the scale of the data sheet; the setting around it is made for the film.

Where does the machine in the film come from?

From the manufacturer's engineering drawings, photographs and spec sheet. We build their machine part by part, to its real dimensions and speeds, and show it at work where it works. Any real footage in a film is captioned with place and date. Where EU law requires a notice for AI-generated imagery, the film carries it.

How long does it take?

One week, from receiving your material to delivering the film. The time you take to approve the sketch is not counted. If the film is for a trade fair, tell us which one in the meeting.

What do we need to send?

Once you go ahead: the render or CAD of the machine. If there is none, six photos and the data sheet are enough to start.

Is the machine shown working?

Yes. If you have footage of the real process, even from a phone, it goes into the film. If not, the machine appears where it works.

What if the machine doesn't look like yours?

You approve the script and the sketch of the film before production. If any part is not like yours, we fix it there. There are two rounds of changes: one on the sketch, one on the finished film.

Does the film carry your brand?

Yes. The film is yours: it ends with your brand and your contact, or your partner's. Bigset appears only as a small line at the end.

What is the meeting like?

Twenty-five minutes, by video call. If you send us photos of the machine beforehand, we show a sketch made with them; if not, we show our demo film and tell you how your machine would look. We answer whatever you want to know.

In which languages?

Each film includes one language of your choice: Portuguese, English or French. Other languages, such as Spanish or Arabic, are extra: €99 per film, each.

What about confidentiality?

Material under a confidentiality agreement is only used with your written permission. The details are on the privacy page.

What does it cost?

One film, €1,500; in a pack of 3, €1,300 per film; in a pack of 10, €990 per film, each ending with every distributor's contact. Excluding VAT, with one language included: Portuguese, English or French; each extra language, €99 per film.

How do we pay?

Half when you decide to go ahead: the invoice follows the meeting and we start once it is paid. Half on delivery: you see the film with a watermark, pay, and receive the files. By bank transfer, against invoice. Before we start, everything goes into a short contract: price, deadline and the two rounds of changes.
