Trade fairs 2026–2028: the calendar and the date the film must be ready.

by Bigset

The dates are the organisers'. What we add is the countdown: when the film must be final to run on the stand screen, in the partner's subtitles and in the email sent before the fair.

Counting backwards

Eight weeks before the fair, the film is final and approved. That is the time your stand builder, your printer and your partner need to get it running. The film is ready one week after we receive your material, so nine weeks before is enough.

For EIMA in November 2026 there are no longer eight weeks, but one week is enough for the film to run on the stand screen in Bologna. For Intermat in April 2027, the material comes in by the end of January.

What changes from fair to fair

In Verona and Nuremberg the stand screen competes with the stone next to it: the film has to show the machine working the block, not the stone standing still. In Munich and Paris scale is the argument: the machine on the face, with real people and trucks nearby for measure. In Hanover and Bologna the buyer wants to see the machine in the right crop, in the right season, which rarely coincides with the fair.

Tell us the fair and the machine. We send back the date we need the machine's drawings by.
